• All advertisements are accepted and published entirely on the written representation that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire content and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publication of advertisements, the advertiser will fully indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from and against any claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries or expenses of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits of libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism or copyright infringement.
• All contents of advertisements are subject to CCA's approval. CCA reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, and space reservation or position commitment for any reason.
